project goals
The GE site in Stafford was undergoing a regernation following the completion of new premises located in the area. The multiphase project will see the land cleared for redevelopment. Shield were appointed as the primary contractor for the pre-demolition works of the Transformer Block and Substation.

The project ran from December 2023 to July 2024.
